Tips to convert sales:

Calling and setting an appointment with your prospects is the best option for full compliance. Prospects lives are busy and in some cases it is easy for them to get distracted and forget that they sent a card requesting information. To ensure better sit ratios we highly recommend calling as soon as you receive your leads. When calling you need to make sure to reference the Reply Card in your opening sentence. Remember they are Turning 65 so putting as much effort into helping them could turn out to be big cross-sell opportunities.

Keep in Mind, Mail dates average 5 days from approved order. Leads begin returning 2-3 weeks from mail date – add an extra week for West Coast orders. Lead returns are considered mature at 8 weeks from mail date and leads may continue to trickle in after that.
